CHARGES

Weeks beginning Saturday in:

January to May 2008                       £300 per week  (excludes half terms, Easter, Christmas and New Year, 

                                                          which are charged at £400 per week) . 

June 2008                                       £600 per week

July and August 2008                      £950 per week

September 2008                               £600 per week

October 2008 to March 2009          £300 per week  (excludes half terms, Easter, Christmas and New Year, 

                                                          which are charged at £400 per week) . 

Weekend and half week bookings may also be available at lower negotiated prices, please call or email

Payment                                          25% of the rental is payable at time of booking.

                                                        The remainder is payable 8 weeks before the start of the holiday date.

Security Deposit                              £200.00 payable with the balance of the payment for the accommodation. 

                                                 Refundable providing no damage/breakages occur.
